Schedule a showing

Tell me which times suit you. I call every buyer before a showing so I know what you are looking for, then I confirm access with the listing office and come back to you with a time. Nothing is booked until we have spoken. There is no cost to see a property with me, and no obligation.

Before I can take you inside a property, industry rules require a short written agreement covering that showing. I will email it to you to sign once we have spoken. It costs you nothing and it does not tie you to me beyond what it says.

Showings are arranged through the listing office and are subject to seller approval and availability. Listing information is provided by BeachesMLS and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Properties shown may be listed by brokerages other than PBP Real Estate, LLC. If your property is currently listed with another broker, or is already under contract, this is not intended as a solicitation of that listing.
