Each one carries its own record of what is on the market now and what has genuinely sold there over the last twelve months, taken straight from the MLS rather than from a national estimate.
That distinction matters more than it sounds. A portal will tell you what a home in Boca Raton is worth. It will not tell you that Camino Gardens and Boca Villas behave like different markets, or that a condo two streets apart can sit for a season while the house beside it sells in a fortnight. The pages below are built to show that.

How often are the listings on this site updated?
Listing data comes from the BeachesMLS feed and refreshes through the day, and the market figures on our city pages are rebuilt on a nightly schedule with the date shown on the page. If a home has gone under contract, you will see it here before you see it change on most national sites.
Which cities and neighborhoods do you cover?
Palm Beach County from Boca Raton north through Delray Beach, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth, West Palm Beach, the Palm Beaches and Jupiter, plus Broward County from Deerfield Beach and Coral Springs down through Fort Lauderdale. Each city page lists its own neighborhoods.
Do I need to register to see homes for sale?
No. You can browse cities, neighborhoods and market data on this site without giving us anything. Registering only adds saved searches and new-listing alerts, and you can ask us to delete the account at any time.
