Lantana is a town of about 12,000 between Lake Worth Beach and Boynton Beach, with the Intracoastal running through it and a municipal beach on the barrier island. For decades it was best known as the home of the National Enquirer's headquarters; today the interest is the waterfront, the Lantana Bridge and a small downtown along Ocean Avenue that has been slowly rebuilding.

The housing is mostly modest mid-century single-family homes, a growing number of them renovated, plus condominium buildings along the water and on Hypoluxo Island.

In August 2026, single-family homes in Lantana closed at a median of $508,750, at a median 80 days on market and 97% of the last asking price, across 8 closings. Across the year so far, 60 closed at a median of $487,500, against 54 at $442,500 in the same period last year. There are 35 on the market now at a median asking price of $550,000, and about 4.4 months of supply, which still favors sellers.

In August 2026, condominiums and townhouses in Lantana closed at a median of $270,000, at a median 60 days on market and 96% of the last asking price, across 8 closings. Across the year so far, 67 closed at a median of $310,000, against 42 at $253,750 in the same period last year. There are 46 on the market now at a median asking price of $295,000, and about 5.8 months of supply, which is close to a balanced market.

Getting around

Interstate 95 is minutes west, Lantana Road is the main arterial, and the Lantana Bridge crosses to the municipal beach. Loggerhead Marina is in the town, JFK Medical Center is close in Atlantis, and Palm Beach International Airport is about 20 minutes north.
