• Home-selling questions: pricing strategy, probate and inherited homes, short sales, condo and HOA fees, closing costs and how long a sale takes. Each answer links to the page on pbprealestate.com it came from.
• Daily market figures for cities in Palm Beach, Broward, Miami-Dade, Martin and St. Lucie counties, from the PBP Data Desk™. Houses and condos are always reported separately, with what homes sold for compared with their original and final asking price.
• A way to reach a person. Say you want to talk with someone, and it gives you Gia Freer, Broker of Record, and 561-395-8418. If you ask it to pass your request to her, a licensed person replies.

What will the plugin not do?
