How PBP Real Estate uses artificial intelligence

PBP Real Estate, LLC uses artificial intelligence in parts of its business. This page explains, in plain language, where it is used, where it is not, and who is accountable for it. It is written to be read by consumers, not by lawyers.

Where we use AI

When you call our office. Calls may be answered by an automated assistant rather than a person. The assistant tells you it is automated at the start of the call, and calls are recorded for quality assurance. Its job is to understand why you are calling, take your details, and connect you with a licensed human being or take a message. You can ask for a person at any time.

Email and text messages. Some of the email and text we send is delivered automatically on a schedule after you ask us to be in touch. The wording is written and approved by a person before it is ever sent. Every message identifies our firm, and every message can be stopped — reply to any email, or reply STOP to any text. We only text people who have given us written permission.

Website, listing and marketing copy. AI helps us draft website pages, property descriptions, market summaries and social posts. A licensee reviews and approves everything before it is published. Nothing goes from a machine straight to the public.

Online questionnaires and readiness tools. If we offer you a score or a readiness result online, it is calculated from the answers you give us and nothing else. It is not an appraisal, a broker price opinion, a comparative market analysis, or an estimate of what your property is worth.

Behind the scenes. AI helps us organise records, summarise calls, match public county records to mailing addresses, and keep our files current. That work does not change what we advise you.

What AI never does here

  • It never tells you what your home is worth or what to list it for. An opinion of value comes from our Broker of Record, in writing, after seeing the property.
  • It never gives legal, tax or lending advice.
  • It never prepares, alters, signs or sends a contract for signature.
  • It never handles a transaction that is under contract without a licensee supervising it.
  • It is never used to describe who a home or neighbourhood is suited to. We do not target, steer or exclude anyone on the basis of race, colour, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other protected characteristic.
  • It never pretends to be a person, and it is never presented as the professional judgement of a named licensee unless that licensee has reviewed and adopted it.
  • It never performs an act that requires a real estate licence.

Who is accountable

Gia Freer, Broker of Record of PBP Real Estate, LLC (Florida licence CQ1064615), holds supervisory responsibility for AI use in this firm exactly as she does for every other licensed activity. The firm maintains a written Artificial Intelligence Use Policy and a register of every AI system it operates, reviewed on a regular schedule. A person is responsible for everything published or sent in our name. If an AI-assisted output reaches you and it is wrong, tell us and we will correct it and tell you we have.

Your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not enter client or transaction information into AI tools that the firm has not approved. We contact you by phone, email or text only on the basis you have agreed to. See our Privacy Policy for what we collect and how to ask us to change or remove it.
