Contact details you submit (name, email address, phone number); property preferences and saved searches; communications you send us; and standard website usage data.
How We Use It
To respond to your inquiries, provide real estate brokerage services, send property and market updates you request, schedule appointments, and improve our services.
Text Messaging (SMS) Program
We send text messages only to people who have ticked the SMS consent box on one of our forms, or who have texted us first. Giving us a phone number on its own is not consent to be texted. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any property, goods, or services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. No Sharing of Mobile Information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All categories of personal information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with, or sold to, any third parties.
Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to remember your preferences, keep you signed in, analyze site traffic, and improve your browsing experience. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings; some site features may not function properly without them.
Specifically, we use Google Analytics to understand how people find and move through this site, and a Meta advertising pixel so we can show our own ads to people who have visited. Neither is given your name, email address or phone number. You can opt out with your browser’s cookie settings or Meta’s ad preferences.
We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records pages you view, clicks, scrolling and mouse movement so we can see where this site confuses people, and reports which questions AI assistants used our pages to answer. Text you type into forms and other sensitive content is masked before it leaves your browser, so Clarity is not given your name, email address or phone number. Microsoft may use this behavioral data in line with its own privacy statement. You can opt out with your browser’s cookie settings or a do-not-track/ad-blocking extension.
Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse, including secure (HTTPS) transmission and access controls limiting data to authorized personnel. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information at all times.
Sharing
