What does PBP specialize in?

Probate and inherited property, short sales and distressed property, waterfront and country club homes, and sellers whose listing has expired or been cancelled. Each of those has a dedicated section of this site with local data behind it.

Does PBP Real Estate guarantee anything in writing?

Two things. Under the Up-Front Communication Guarantee, PBP calls, emails or texts the seller every Friday of the listing period, and if a Friday is missed the seller can cancel the listing agreement with no obligation to pay any fee or commission. Under the Easy Exit Performance Guarantee, a seller can cancel at any time before an offer to purchase is received, with no penalties or obligations, provided PBP is first given an opportunity to correct the problem.
