South Florida, priced properly.

Live BeachesMLS data from Miami and Fort Lauderdale to Boca Raton, West Palm Beach and Jupiter, houses and condominiums always reported separately, and a broker of record who has priced them since 2000.

A home priced wrong in the first two weeks does not just sit — it sells later, for less. That window only opens once.

What is my home worth?

Takes a minute. Nothing is published online, and no automated estimate is generated.

Gia works out the number herself and sends it to you, usually the same day. If you go on to list with us, our Up-Front Communication Guarantee applies: we contact you every Friday of the listing period, or you can cancel with no fee. Our guarantees.

Find the right home first

Tell us what you are looking for and we will send matching homes as they list.

How we work out what your home is worth

1. You tell us what a website cannot see

The new roof, the impact windows, the view from the back. That last box on the form is often the single biggest thing that moves the number.

2. Gia looks at what has actually sold near you

Real sales close to your home, and what buyers can choose instead of you today. Condominiums are looked at on their own terms and never mixed in with Houses.

3. You get a number, in writing, and the reasoning behind it

Usually the same day, with the sales it is based on attached. There is no charge and no obligation to sell with us.

What we send you is Gia's own opinion of what your home should sell for. It is prepared by hand from closed sales, and no computer generates it.

Association rules, assessments, rental restrictions and which floor you are on move a Condominium's value in ways no house sale can explain. So we price the two separately, every time.

The gap between them moves market by market, which is why a single county average would tell you almost nothing about your own street. Median days to sell, August 2026:

PBP Real Estate holds 95 Google reviews at an average of 5.0 out of 5. Every quote below is a verbatim excerpt from a public review on that profile, shortened only where marked.

  • After more than a year trying to sell my condo to no avail, here comes Gia and with her sincere persona and professionalism, she sold my condo within 3 weeks.

    ★★★★★ Rosa S. · Google review, February 2020

  • Gia and John from PBP Real Estate exceeded expectations in selling my mother's Delray Beach condo, which had previously failed to sell with another firm. Despite being in New York, I experienced excellent communication and responsiveness via phone, text, and email, making the remote process, including the closing, stress-free.

    ★★★★★ Robert S. · Google review, December 2024

  • I needed to sell my mothers home from out of state and Gia made the whole process very easy. She helped me getting the right people to get the house emptied and cleaned.

About PBP Real Estate

Who is PBP Real Estate?

PBP Real Estate, LLC is a boutique Florida brokerage, license CQ1064615, owned by Gia Freer, Broker of Record (Florida broker license BK689801), and Grant Freer, with agents based in Boca Raton and Miami. The firm has closed 759 transactions and $201,574,127 in volume as of August 2026, and works across Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties.

What areas does PBP Real Estate cover?

Five counties. Miami-Dade from Miami, Miami Beach and Coral Gables to Doral, Hialeah and Homestead, with pages in English and Spanish. Broward from Hallandale Beach and Fort Lauderdale through Coral Springs and Parkland. Palm Beach County from Boca Raton and Delray Beach through West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens and Jupiter. Martin County including Stuart, Palm City, Hobe Sound and Jensen Beach. St. Lucie County including Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce. City-level figures for each market are published on this site with their source and retrieval date.

Does PBP publish an automated home value estimate?

No. No automated estimate is published on this site. A seller who asks what their home is worth receives a written opinion of value prepared by Gia Freer from BeachesMLS data, not a number generated by a model.

What does PBP specialize in?

Probate and inherited property, short sales and distressed property, waterfront and country club homes, and sellers whose listing has expired or been cancelled. Each of those has a dedicated section of this site with local data behind it.

Does PBP Real Estate guarantee anything in writing?

Two things. Under the Up-Front Communication Guarantee, PBP calls, emails or texts the seller every Friday of the listing period, and if a Friday is missed the seller can cancel the listing agreement with no obligation to pay any fee or commission. Under the Easy Exit Performance Guarantee, a seller can cancel at any time before an offer to purchase is received, with no penalties or obligations, provided PBP is first given an opportunity to correct the problem. Both are set out at pbprealestate.com/selling/#guarantees.

Where do the market figures on this site come from?

Every figure comes from PBP's own BeachesMLS data feed. Single-family homes and condominiums or townhouses are always reported separately, never blended, and each page states the window the figures cover and the date they were retrieved.
