Juno Beach Real Estate
Juno Beach is a town of roughly 4,000 residents on the northern Palm Beach County coast, between North Palm Beach and Jupiter. Two miles of beach, the Juno Beach Pier and the Loggerhead Marinelife Center define the town far more than any commercial district does — there is very little of one. Height and density limits have kept the oceanfront low-rise, and much of what changes hands is a condominium within walking distance of the sand.
Houses are scarce enough here to be treated individually rather than statistically. Six were on the market at the end of July 2026. In a town this small a single sale moves any monthly average, so we lean on the year to date and say plainly when a figure is too thin to publish.
What is selling
Condominiums are the market. Fifty have sold year to date at a median of $720,000, at a median of $488 per square foot, in a median of 74 days and at 94% of the last asking price — a spread between asking and closing that tells you buyers here negotiate. The demand signal is unusually strong: 43 units were on the market at the end of July with 50 already under contract, more pending than available.
Houses sold at a median of $1,795,000 year to date across 15 sales, at $674 per square foot. Only one closed in July, so no monthly median is published. The six houses listed at the end of July carried a median asking price of $3,472,500, which shows how wide the range is between an inland home and an oceanfront one in the same town.

What actually decides a Juno Beach sale
Coastal position does most of the work: direct oceanfront, ocean view across A1A, and inland all price differently, and a portal estimate cannot see the difference. Beyond that, buildings here carry the same Florida milestone inspection and reserve obligations as the rest of the coast, and insurance and wind mitigation now shape what a buyer can afford to carry. Turtle nesting season brings real lighting rules along this stretch, which is worth knowing before a renovation.
Working with us in Juno Beach
Gia Freer, our Broker of Record, has been licensed in Florida since 2000, and PBP Real Estate is a transaction broker handling probate and estate sales, short sales and relocation in house. Second homes and inherited coastal condominiums are common here, and both come with questions — homestead, capital gains, association approval — that are better answered before listing than during a contract.
Tell us the address and we will read the sales that actually compare to it, in your building or on your street, and give you a written opinion of value. No automated estimate is published on this site. See every Juno Beach listing in the MLS, not only ours.
