Riviera Beach Real Estate

Riviera Beach contains two very different housing markets under one city name. Singer Island, on the barrier island, is a high-rise oceanfront condominium market with a handful of estate properties. The mainland, west across the Intracoastal, is a working city with mid-century single-family neighborhoods and the Port of Palm Beach on its southern edge.

The city's marina district has been redeveloped over the last decade, and the Lake Worth Inlet gives commercial and recreational boats direct ocean access, which is why marine businesses cluster here.

What houses and condominiums are doing right now

In September 2026, single-family homes in Riviera Beach closed at a median of $369,950, at 89.5% of the original asking price and 93.4% of the final asking price, after a median 29 days on market, across 10 closings. Across the year so far, 136 closed at a median of $374,950, against 144 at $369,000 in the same period last year. There are 50 on the market now at a median asking price of $365,400, and about 5.0 months of supply, which is close to a balanced market.

In September 2026, condominiums and townhouses in Riviera Beach closed at a median of $305,000, at 94.5% of the original asking price and 96.9% of the final asking price, after a median 47 days on market, across 19 closings. Across the year so far, 113 closed at a median of $360,000, against 120 at $361,500 in the same period last year. There are 101 on the market now at a median asking price of $385,000, and about 5.3 months of supply, which is close to a balanced market.

Schools

Riviera Beach is served by Palm Beach County School District. Of homes sold here, about 86% are assigned to John F. Kennedy Middle School, with Palm Beach Gardens High School covering about 62% and William T. Dwyer High School about 31%. Lincoln and Grove Park are the largest elementary assignments. Confirm current assignment with the district for a specific address.

Getting around

Interstate 95, US 1 and Blue Heron Boulevard carry the traffic, and the Blue Heron bridge crosses to Singer Island. The Mangonia Park rail station is about two miles away, Loggerhead Marina and the beach both under two miles, and Palm Beach International Airport roughly 20 minutes south.
