Palm Beach Shores Real Estate
Palm Beach Shores occupies the southern tip of Singer Island, a town of roughly 1,200 residents facing the Lake Worth Inlet with the Atlantic on one side and the Intracoastal on the other. It is a separate municipality from Riviera Beach, which surrounds it to the north, and it looks and prices differently: low-rise, walkable, and built out decades ago. The Sailfish Marina sits at its edge, Peanut Island is a short run across the inlet, and open-ocean access is minutes away rather than miles.
Volume here is very small, so we publish counts and year-to-date medians and suppress anything a single sale could distort. Anyone quoting you a confident monthly average for a town of 1,200 is estimating.
What is selling
Condominiums are effectively the whole market. Thirteen have sold year to date at a median of $495,500 and $446 per square foot, in a median of 11 days and at 96% of the last asking price. Twenty-five were on the market at the end of July 2026, with a median asking price of $1,750,000 and a typical listing already 123 days old — a clear signal that the units offered at the top of the range are not the units that have been selling.
Houses barely trade. Six have sold year to date at a median of $1,707,500 and $854 per square foot, and one was on the market at the end of July. No monthly median is published for either property type because nothing closed in July.

What actually decides a Palm Beach Shores sale
Three things: what the unit looks at, what the building has done about Florida's milestone inspection and reserve requirements, and what it costs to insure. In a small oceanfront and inlet-front market, a special assessment or an unfunded reserve study can take more off a price than any cosmetic issue, so we establish the association's position before setting one. Boat slip availability and rental restrictions are the next questions buyers ask, and both need confirming in writing rather than assuming.
Working with us in Palm Beach Shores
Gia Freer, our Broker of Record, has been licensed in Florida since 2000. PBP Real Estate is a transaction broker and we handle probate and estate sales, short sales and relocation in house — and on Singer Island, inherited and long-held second homes make up a real share of what comes to market.
Tell us the address and we will read the handful of sales that actually compare to your unit, in your building and on your exposure, and give you a written opinion of value. No automated estimate is published on this site, and in a market this thin an algorithm has almost nothing to work from. See every Palm Beach Shores listing in the MLS, not only ours.
