PBP Real Estate, LLC is an AI-integrated brokerage. We believe you deserve to know exactly where artificial intelligence helps us serve you — and where it never will. AI-powered tools. Broker-owner judgment. A better way to buy and sell in South Florida.

Where We Use AI

  • Marketing and content. Property marketing, market updates, blog articles, social media, and video content are often produced with AI assistance — always reviewed by a licensed broker before publication.
  • Market analysis. AI helps us analyze pricing data, market trends, and comparable sales faster and more thoroughly. Every pricing recommendation is reviewed and delivered by a licensed broker.
  • Communication assistance. AI helps us respond to inquiries quickly and keep clients updated automatically, so you're never waiting on information.

Where AI Stops and Licensed Judgment Begins

AI never has authority over the decisions that matter most:

  • Contracts and negotiations. Every contract, counteroffer, and negotiation decision is handled by a licensed broker. AI does not draft, sign, or send legal documents on our behalf.
  • Pricing decisions. AI informs our analysis; Gia and Grant Freer — the licensed broker-owners you actually work with — make every final pricing judgment.
  • Legal and financial advice. We never let AI (or ourselves) give legal or tax advice. We refer you to qualified attorneys and CPAs.

Your Data

We do not sell your personal information. Client information used with AI tools is limited to what is needed to serve you, and we do not use your confidential information to train public AI models. See our Privacy Policy.

Our Disclosure Commitment

When AI plays a meaningful role in producing content you see from PBP Real Estate, LLC — an article, a video, an image — we stand behind it as our own work, reviewed and approved by our licensed team. We will never use AI to impersonate a real person, fabricate testimonials, or misrepresent a property.

We limit what any tool sees to what's needed to serve you, and we never sell your data.
