The New PBP Real Estate Site: What It Does for You
Our new website is live. Not one line of this post is about the rebuild, because nobody outside our office should have to care about that. Here is what you can do on it today that you could not do last week.
You can see the whole market, not a curated slice
Search every active listing in the MLS for the areas we serve, including homes listed by other brokerages. We have never been interested in hiding inventory from you to force a phone call. Start with the city and neighborhood index, or go straight to the full MLS search.
Every city has its own market report
Not a Palm Beach County average, which describes nowhere in particular. Delray Beach is not Wellington and neither is Highland Beach.
And within each city, houses and condominiums are reported separately. That matters more than it sounds: association rules, assessments, rental restrictions and which floor a unit sits on move a condominium's value in ways no single-family sale can explain. When those two are blended into one number, the number is wrong for both. See the market reports.
The answers are written by a broker
Every guide on the site is written and reviewed by Gia Freer, a licensed Florida real estate broker since 2000. Where a question crosses into legal or tax territory we say so plainly and tell you to speak to an attorney or a CPA. That is a boundary we keep, not a disclaimer we hide behind.
What your home is worth, worked out by a person
We deliberately do not publish an instant online estimate. Those numbers are generated without anyone ever seeing your home, and a wrong one costs you money whether it lands too high or too low. Ask, and you get an opinion of value that Gia works out herself from homes that have actually sold near you and from what buyers can choose instead of you right now. Ask what your home is worth.
It is quick, and that was a deliberate choice
The previous site pulled roughly 24 MB across 171 requests to draw a homepage. This one does the same job in around 26 requests. If you have ever abandoned a property search on a phone with two bars of signal, that was the reason, and it is fixed.
What has not changed
759 closed transactions. $201.5M in sales volume. A 5.0-star rating across 94 Google reviews. And the same two people answering the phone at 561-395-8418.
Where to start
- What your home is worth, prepared by hand
- Every city and neighborhood we cover
- Selling in Palm Beach County
- Inherited a property

Questions and answers
What changed on the PBP Real Estate website?
Three things a visitor can use. You can search every listing in the MLS rather than only PBP's own listings, every city we serve has its own market report with houses and condominiums reported separately, and every guide is written and reviewed by Gia Freer, a licensed Florida broker since 2000.
Can I search homes listed by other brokerages on your site?
Yes. The search covers every active listing in the MLS for the areas we serve, not only PBP listings. We have never seen a reason to hide inventory from you in order to force a phone call.
Why do you report houses and condominiums separately?
Because blending them produces a number that is wrong for both. Association rules, assessments, rental restrictions and which floor a unit is on move a condominium's value in ways that no single-family sale can explain. A market report that averages the two describes neither.
Do you publish an instant online estimate of my home's value?
No, deliberately. Automated estimates are produced without anyone seeing your home, and a wrong number costs you money whether it is too high or too low. Ask and Gia works out an opinion of value herself, from homes that have actually sold near you and from what buyers can choose instead of you right now.
Which areas does the site cover?
Palm Beach County and Broward County primarily, with Martin and St. Lucie counties also served. Each city has its own hub page, market report and neighborhood pages rather than one page for all of South Florida.
Is the market data on the site current?
Market reports are rebuilt from MLS data on a scheduled refresh and every page carries a visible "last updated" date. If a page does not state when its numbers were checked, treat the numbers with suspicion, on our site or anyone else's.
