Eagle Ridge, Fort Myers: a referral, not a listing page
Eagle Ridge is a golf community in Fort Myers, Lee County, on Florida's Gulf Coast. That is outside the five South Florida counties PBP Real Estate serves directly, so we do not list or sell homes there. What we do is introduce you to a licensed Fort Myers brokerage we know, disclose that brokerage pays us a referral fee if you close, and then step back.
The community sits along the Daniels Corridor around a Gordon Lewis designed golf course, covers roughly 400 acres and mixes single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums, many backing onto fairways, water or preserve. Tennis courts, shopping, dining and the Gulf beaches are close. Those are the reasons people ask us about it; the local market knowledge has to come from a broker who works Lee County every week.
How the introduction works
- Tell us what you want to do in Eagle Ridge: buy, sell or both, and your timing.
- We confirm the receiving brokerage is actively licensed in Florida and available, and we put the referral terms in writing between the two brokerages before you are introduced.
- You work with that brokerage on its normal terms. PBP Real Estate gives no advice on the Fort Myers transaction and is paid only by the receiving brokerage, only if you close.
If you own property in Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin or St. Lucie County as well, that part stays with us. Gia Freer, our Broker of Record, handles it directly.

Why not just search for a Fort Myers agent myself?
You can. The introduction saves the vetting: we confirm the receiving brokerage holds an active Florida license, is set up for referred clients and answers quickly. If we do not have a relationship we trust in a given area, we say so rather than send you to a stranger.
