The beautiful community of Pine Tree Estates is situated in the beautiful area of Broward County. The home sites in the community range from one to three acres estates and the homes are custom built from 1974 until today. The community does not have a formal homeowners association but it does provide residents with plenty of privacy. The majority of the homes feature barns, workshops, guest houses, and kennels. Pine Tree Estates is Parkland's acreage neighborhood - large lots, no uniform builder, and a build range running from the mid 1980s through to new construction finished this year.
