The beautiful community of Lake Charleston is a master-planned community that rests on 945 acres with different neighborhoods nestled inside. There are also over 220 acres of lakes in this gorgeous community. The community has many wonderful amenities which include beautiful walkways, seven lakes for fishing, a soccer field, three playgrounds, two swimming pools, two tennis courts, two basketball courts, and two volleyball courts. There is also the magnificent Lake Charleston Park located inside the community for residents to enjoy.

Lake Charleston is a large community west of Lake Worth Beach, built through the 1990s and split evenly between one and two story single-family homes. The typical house is three bedrooms and two bathrooms in around 2,000 square feet with a two-car garage, in Mediterranean, ranch and colonial styles. Just over four in ten have a private pool.

It is inland and family-scaled in layout, with a golf course within a mile, a hospital under three and a half miles and the beach around six miles east.
