Why does PBP publish Three Lakes and not every Miami-Dade neighborhood?
A community page is published only when the direct feed supports it: at least 15 active single-family houses and 30 closed single-family sales year to date, or at least 10 active condominiums and townhouses and 30 closed condominium and townhouse sales. Communities below that floor get no page, and no combined house-and-condominium figure is published to make one qualify.
How does PBP decide which listings count as Three Lakes?
