Sabal Lakes is a beautiful residential community that is located in Palm Beach County, Florida. The community consists of single family homes that vary in sizes, styles, and layouts. The community is separated into different smaller subdivisions and each one has its own perks. The homes have modern day upgrades such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, hardwood or tile flooring, walk-in closets, large bedrooms, swimming pools, patios, and oversized bathtubs.

Sabal Lakes is a single-family community in north-west Delray Beach, built mainly in the mid to late 1990s. The homes are typically three bedrooms and two bathrooms in about 2,000 square feet with a two-car garage, mostly single story, and ranch is the common plan. A small share have private pools.

It sits about two miles from the Tri-Rail station and a mile and a half from a golf course, with the beach around four miles east. The homeowners association fee is modest. Homes here turn over steadily but the community is small, so the market report below is the better guide to direction than any single sale.
