What actually sold near you, once a week

Most market emails are a logo, a stock photo and a number for an entire county. This is not that. Pick your area and every Friday you get the figures for it: how long homes took to go to contract, what they closed at against asking, and how much competition a seller is up against — with single-family and condo numbers kept separate, because blending them hides exactly the thing you need to see.

It is written by hand from our own BeachesMLS data feed, currently reporting August 2026. One idea, about a minute to read. No listings blast, no drip campaign, and you can leave with one click.

County reports, published monthly

The weekly email is written for your city. These four pages carry the full county picture — twelve months of medians, sales, supply and days to contract, with single-family and condo numbers kept separate.

For a deeper read on one quarter rather than the current month, see our Palm Beach County cash home sales market read — cash share, condo financing pressure, closed sales and supply, with the figures dated.

What a typical week looks like

“In Boca Raton in August 2026, single-family homes that closed went under contract in a median of 24 days at 96% of list price. Condos and townhouses took 36 days at 95%. Boca has 3.2 months of single-family inventory against 8.3 months of condo inventory — two different markets inside one set of zip codes, and the same pricing advice cannot be right for both.”
